Anyways, I do know that, that's why it'd be a jumping one instead depending on powerful legs in addition to large wings to glide. (I do think that it being 150 cm max would still allow this theoretical large bird to fly)
I wasn't proposing an eagle replacement since that slipped out entirely out of my mind.
If we do want an eagle replacement, then I don't see why normal eagle-owls would not fill that role naturally. (we could also make an eagle in reference of Lui too)
