If your body excretes melatonin at 5 am and cortisol at midnight, there's fuck-all you can do to work against it and you're better off just sleeping accordingly. Nothing degenerate about it..
>Healthy human beings should be sleeping during the night and awake during the day.Blatantly wrong simply by the fact that your circadian rhythm has nothing to do with your general health in itself (unless you try to sleep against it, then you'll suffer). Some humans simply will sleep during the day (falling asleep in the morning for example) and stay awake during the night. Some will have non-24 hour sleep schedules, where their sleeping hours will continuously traverse forward or backwards.
The only thing their circadian rhythms have to do with health is whether they follow them or try to conform to society.
