Him graduating was always on the table since he wanted to do things with his PL band and he struggled to get perms to do so. Noctyx themselves said they KNEW for a while he was going to graduate, it would be really absolutely retarded if management said he will be fired but weren't transparent about when. If they wanted him gone, they would've just given him the boot the moment it was decided instead of letting the mysterious day he disappears hang in the air until it takes everyone by surprise.
My theory: They "knew" he was graduating because Yugo said he planned to do so if he couldn't get perms to record music with his PL band. He probably went on break so that he could-for the final time- heckle management for the perms and threatened graduation. Management deciding they didn't want to deal with anymore of Yugo's shit, along with fear that he could leak something if he did a graduation stream went "Alright, fuck off. You're graduating right now you don't need to say goodbye" and then they kicked him out and announced that he graduated.
