There's still time to buy tickets. It's really easy and SPWN has been reliable for 3 years. You can switch the site language to English and making an account only requires an email address.
The tickets are 6,500 yen per stage or 25,000 yen for all four stages. That converts to $43.60 per stage or $167.70 for all four stages, and your bank or payment processor should automatically exchange that for you so you don't need to worry about that. Each stage should be around 3 hours long and you can rewatch them as many times as you want (or download them) until April 18.

4) Go to the bottom and add Stage 1 and Honeyworks stage to your cart, or if you want to see all of them, then add the "5th fes. 通し券" option to your cart instead.
5) You'll be prompted to pay for it. Enter your cc info in and your purchase will complete.
When the concerts start, the stage thumbnails will become clickable which will take you to the streams.
