I've worked with psychiatrists before (behind-the-scenes, as it were, not as a patient), and I can tell you none of them actually care about you, beyond following their CYA-checklist, and getting a paycheck for prescribing drugs. They get kickbacks from pharma companies.
And anti-psychotics (like abilify) are nasty drugs, and will fuck you up. I've seen it happen multiple times.
Best case it turns you into a zombie like zoloft.
Worst case (if you don't an hero from it) is it fucks your personality and ruins your vtuber career.
Don't do it. Find literally any other solution.
