She needs to talk to management and give them reasons why they should turn it on, and she got a screenshot from the devs saying because sand isn't farmable they left TNT duping on the game on purpose (aka it's a feature now, not just an exploit).
Really hope they put it in because it's necessary for her project and if she actually gets it going that means she'll be on that Minecraft train for a while
