She doesn't have a spine, something to reliably pull people in, a reason to watch her that isn't just herself, because why would some random guy choose her over all the other 1/2 views?
I think too many 1/2 views think they can just go the variety streamer route just because that's what other big streamers do, but most of them had some form of core content that people came to them for before they started doing variety streams.
