i picked up world without ever having played monhun just because i knew there was a DMC event going on and i wanted to be dante. found out the dante sword was a charge blade so i started playing that even when everyone told me it was complicated and i should start with something else. then i realized the event was timed and i only had a week, so i had to hardcore nolife it all day every day to get to the point i could actually beat the event monster. took me like a full fucking day of just doing that fight over and over to get all the parts. so i just never learned how to use anything else because i had no other choice and im a shitty little dante fanboy.
