Art isn't objective, and moreover, they both have different and distinct styles. Ina's is more serious and pays a lot of attention to proportion and texture, obviously going off her inspiration from Kuroboshi. Sana's is very cheery and colorful, characters are drawn cuter and obey proportion laws less. I don't know her inspirations or anything, but I hope to get to know them.
You can have two great artists without competing, and we're lucky enough to have them. Also, Ina cute.
