I made him as effeminate as I can before I would call it "draw a girl call it a boy" in terms of the face.
In terms of the body, I think you are getting there, but you are still thinking about men being wide rather than
>men having a much bigger rib cages>and men having far more rigid and straight down hipsWithin these constraints, you can make a male character much more slim and still make it unmistakably male

2) Raised eyes and made them closer together
3) Made the nose rougher and more pronounced
These are generic differences that help define more masculine characteristics.
