>>80062645>Every time I ask what Nijisanji actually did wrong no one gives a real answerThen you aren't reading, because there's a full length novel about that posted every day around here.
The biggest thing is that they tried to cover up a suicide, then publicly attacked the popular suicide victim twice, on two platforms, putting their own talents on the firing line and driving her off the air the second time around, as if they were trying to get her to finish the job.
Given that they've not apologized, removed anyone, or publicly held anyone accountable for any of that, it's only a matter of time before they get one of their talents killed, either via another suicide, or by constantly shoveling hate on them as management tries to deflect blame onto them. When that happens, it'll hit the mainstream news and affect the whole industry, possibly even affecting trade with Japan as the boomers suddenly get involved.
So for that alone, both for basic morality's sake and the sake of the industry, the company needs to die, or at the very least, get the fuck out of the west. There's no excuse to be supporting this evil. If your oshi is in there, go support their PL and do everything possible to get them out, regardless of how deeply they are brainwashed by the cult, singing its praises. They've destroyed lives and careers, and it's only a matter of time before it's your oshi's they come for.
Then there's just constant gaffs, day in and day out from this company. The fact that they slandered the shit out of a less popular ex-liver with lies and got away with it, also driving that one to attempt suicide. Giving her three hours to get a lawyer and read a silencing contract. Selling Selen merch right after the attempt was made public. Posting as Selen while she was in the hospital. Screwing Pomu so hard that she broke down on tears on air. The leak of the blackest contract to ever grace the internet. The absolutely ridiculous levels of hypocrisy and favoritism. The ignored sexual harassment. Destroying any sense of self worth their talents might have at every turn by keeping them out of events they were begging to be in, while also wrecking their efforts to create events that would promote the whole company, and holding their play buttons, etc. Using ego killing humiliation rituals on talents and artists alike (again, it's a cult). The various manufactured artist supporting tweets, as they fail to pay artists. More recently canceling three concerts for thousands of fans, many of which paid thousands to attend, with a bunch of other shit in the interim.
Meanwhile, we look over at the whole Hololive Dodgers thing, and realize what could have been, had Nijisanji invested $60 million+ USD into their talents, instead of into buying back their own stock to artificially prop it up, and failing even in that monumental waste of effort.
The company is pure poison. A exploitive blight on the industry, its talents, and its fans, all of which would be infinitely better off, were it gone.
