Akari was at her best when she could trashtalk someone (and them trashtalking back). She was close with Nekomiya, Ai, HimeHina and especially Siro. Quirky was her best trait.

Nowadays she doesn't have anyone to play with. She's a solo talent, not really sharing a branch with anyone else. Her being alone for the last few months has been kinda sad to see.

She tried to connect with the juniors within Sony, went to VEE festival to cheer on them and stuff but there's still too much distance. No way someone with OG spirit like her can truly find kindred spirits that she can trashtalk with from anyone aside from fellow OGs.

I absolutely agree with your gentlemans agreement, however nijisanji is basically run by Indians and isn't worth taking seriously at this point if they can't even handle easy legal issues. I doubt they will remain a significant force anymore with all the bridges and good will they have burned.

Vshojo I admit I know little about as well, and I would straight up offer vshojo an option to buy Pikamee/henya out.

It's not so much headhunting and scavenging if done right. If I was in vshojo for instance, I would also scramble to pick up these talents.
