The JP anon's original comment reads "the people trolling Riona out in the open (表で might be specific slang, not sure) are probably just the usual sisters/婆 again." And he posted the images to show that there is precedent for Nijinigs falseflagging and concerntrolling just to get at Holos.
The anon who reposted it to here ostensibly wanted to show the same thing, that there was precedent for nijinigs stirring shit up in the past, but EOP board so people thought it was specifically the people in the OP image.
Either way, anyone with a brain knows that the trolls aren't holofags. Besides sisters, it's also the people who anti vtubers in general since the shitposting has reached general jikkyou boards like hayabusa and nanJ and even some futaba boards.
