There's one trans character who gives you a few quests but I don't even think anyone points it out and the only dialogue specific to it you have to seek out and read some letter in a cave or something. There's also an old woman who does the most Ubisoft-tier "btw I'm a lesbian" who you have to interact briefly with early on but that's pretty much it. I am just a whore for pretty looking scenery and the architecture of the castle is very cool and you can explore all of it.
