You guys realize the truth is probably nuanced and somewhere in the middle right? There have been meaningful changes since the IPO and Fauna has disagreements with these trends versus the kind of content she wants to make, while other talents have either adapted or don't have the same kind of friction because they have different interests. Chances are management need to listen to talents better and need to be more on top of things like permissions and paperwork but aren't malicious (and some individual managers can be better or worse).
