Flare got a redesign so she changed up her mascot, Kronii for instance has boros but her fan mascots are the clock people thingy. I guess it really just depends on the talent.
Noel probably either put it off or wanted it left to the fans. Perhaps she didn't want herself limited which is why she floats between Hamus and Cows.
