And if they just do what any lawyer would tell them to and just shut it, they're dead.
To survive niji doesn't just have to keep making money. It has to actually beat their current revenue streams, and do so in such a massive way it somehow manages to overcome the trajectory they'd have followed if Selen was still in.
So basically they're dead men walking.
