As per HoloJP practises, if someone organizes a single POV collab, the organizer (i.e. the person who invites everyone else) gets to host it on their channel - unless it's a regularly scheduled program, in which case it might rotate between channels.
If this collab was on Vesper's channel that means HE invited Bae and not the other way around. That means EN Homos don't have the JP homo restriction of "you can't invite holos".
