I feel I should wait until after gen 3 debut and form their own fan base before writing more but here’s some stuff I came up with

>Strange ruins in the desert suggests it was inhabited before /vnug/ arrival, with many hiding advanced technology, resources, and weapons that facilitate/hinder societal development
>The air still retain a decent amount of moisture, and some dragon-like indigenous lifeforms have evolved to harvest them by becoming airborne through hydrogen buoyancy
>Some inhabitants of Isaura have learned to coexist with the dragons by giving them food in exchange for their water
