>>98775114I dont think anyone in EN really comes to the level I'm used to because most english originals have such simple lyrics that its hard to really tell they're really running with it or just reading of a paper. Uki is a blind spot for me so I have no idea what to even suggest.
>>98775875nta and sorry for the long post but for me I think its the difference between using someone else's flow vs making your own. I guess a simple example could be Denzel Curry's "Still in the Paint" which is a homage to Waka Flocka Flame's "Hard In the Paint" where you can hear a clear diffrence in flow back to back. The hook is Denzel doing Wakas flow even though the lyrics are changed but when his verse starts its very much his own flow which is unique and familiar to his other songs. Ever hear that "Every Eminem song sounds like this"? That's what his flow sounds like and making a song sounding like that means your copying his flow, not making your own unique one, which is fine and a skill of its own depending on context its used.

Growing up listing to rap, personally speaking I can hear Sonny and Kyo's flow and distinct style in songs and covers when they rap but I find it hard to pinpoint others in NIJI since I'm more familiar with how English rap sounds than Japanese/Kpop rap.
