I don't know why Japanese Corpos think they can run an American/English business like they run a Japanese business where everyone is in driving distance from their corporate headquarters and asking them to visit several times a month is a normal thing to do.
Then again, I don't buy half of what anyone is saying for why people are leaving or if it's even having any problems at all right now. So it's hard to tell what the exact solution would be without understanding that, first. Even still, they should have never entered the English market under the Cover umbrella without first having an established company with managers and a separate CEO who speaks english heading it.
