Suppose Gawr Gura started up OBS on her computer joined an empty voice channel, and then started a chatting stream on her channel before promptly leaving her house.
Suppose also that Amelia Watson did the exact same thing.
Gawr Gura and Amelia Watson then meet at a third, neutral location and trade house keys before each heading to the other's home and then chatting in VC with the streams still running. Up to this point, it can still be said that both are streaming, correct?
Suppose now that Gawr Gura then shut down the OBS instance running on Watson's computer, and effectively ended the stream on Watson's channel but kept chatting. At this point Gura is no longer manipulating OBS but Watson still is. Would Gura still be streaming? Would Watson?

But now, suppose that Watson simply walked away from Gura's computer and began her trip back home, leaving the OBS still running but unnattended. At this point, Gura is still chatting and can still be heard on the stream that she started herself, on her own channel and can still interact with her chat but she cannot manipulate OBS. Is Gawr Gura streaming? If not, then who is? If yes, then when did she begin streaming? When she started the stream on OBS, when she sat down at Watson's desk? When Watson got up from Gura's desk? When Watson left the house?
