Her nose consists of two parts, the nose line (or dot), and the nose shadow just above.
The nose for the new model is situated lower, which again indicates that she is trying to look older with her new model.
I don't know why she is making changes this subtle.
I noticed because I really liked her model and thought something was off in her last karaoke stream.
However, the average person would have probably never guessed.
