Short hair would definitely fit a more Tomboy look though ngl, I'm partial to it myself even, but yeah I guess in Selen's case it'd just make her 'other features' stand out even more.
Probably not such a bad thing tbf, after all a big appeal to her design is the 'Monster/Dragon-Girl' aspect of it...
