As it turns out, we lost our access to the internet, not because of the torrenting (as my parents believed), but most likely becuase I downloaded Peerblock, and unknowingly blocked everyone and everything, including the ISP itself (which is probably a retarded thing to do in retrospect).
I don't remember it myself, I was young (maybe mid-late teens) and my parents say I apparently raised hell.
