Obviously not all of management is rotten because there's still successes like NijiEN, but there's clearly a LOT of garbage that's festering as a result of the company growing too fast. Like, a quick list of things that can be pinned to down to nothing but management incompetence:
- Lulu graduating
- Killing Yumenographia the second it ran into bog-standard govt regulations they should have known about from day 0
- COVID concert cancellation
- Incorporating NijiKR without a management cleanup (and the massive talent bleed-off and bad PR that came due to that)
- Cancelling merch due to anti shit-stirring
As well as some minor shit that would be completely avoidable with someone paying attention at the wheel, like Vox's China flag yab and Yugo's earthquake meltdown.
