That being said, IN MY OPINION, Gura is a good starting point if you want English speaking VTubers, her streams are comfy and funny most of the time. As for translated clips Korone and Pekora are also good places to start. There are also other agencies other than Hololive but I honestly watch niche indies mostly, so I can't recommend any, from experience at least.
