Through a series of extremely convoluted events though you can beat the game again and get the good ending which shows all the lights out implying the souls have finally gone to rest. Basically Tomodachi and Rhythm Heaven fans were corpses withering away from lack of a new entry and can finally rest now that they know it exists.
