I don't know of any others that have or would've. There is a nice little Polish vtuber Dianko Lastrea who has a very cheap "play a game of your choice" redeem at only 5k points so you could lurk a few of her streams and then make her stream playing Mitsume ga Tooru for you, that might be your best shot.
