Perhaps a /nasfaqg/ corporation would be willing to build a shipyard in /risu/ in the hopes of the local workforce being cheaper than /nasfaqg/ workers? Or in exchange for payment and/or in hopes of saving money by building their future trade ships in /risu/ instead of having to carry wood all the way to /nasfaqg/ shipyards?
