>>11249467>It's almost certainly a mixture of not wanting to tower over genmates, imposter syndrome, mental health, and stress. There was one event that was pivotal for ClockGirl, and that most people didn't notice (but I did, autism and all that)
>Bae asked Kronii to entertain the chat but chat ended up making Bae sadhttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h98VYYulQec>RatGirl-ClockGirl collab on the former channel. >RatGirl needs some "idol meeting" and leave the channel with ClockGirl>Chat starts playfully throwing superchats in honor of Kronii>RatGirl comes back>Chat teases her If this was Pekora or Subaru any of them would have taken it in a stride, bantered with chat and made them feel guilty.
If it was Rushia or Haachama any of them would have gone "yandere mode" and threatened chat and demanded restitution.
But there was a lingering issue there: RatGirl was supposed to be the "leader of the council" per lore and debut order and ClockGirl ended up being the breakout character.
Notice: RatGirl didn't really get annoyed, she was playing it for laughs, clearly (except she sucked at it) but ClockGirl is clearly an autist that is incapable of taking anything not literally and she REALLY REALLY REALLY felt guilty about everything.
It was from that point on that ClockGirl NEVER AGAIN stole someone's thunder, starting playing MC solo without putting a stream up and avoided joining others like the plague.
tl;dr: autism, not even once!
