I feel like it's a good quality of life improvement for people who don't have that much time to game since you can just stop playing whenever but maybe they should have it similar to the Resident Evil remakes where you can choose between menu saving and a typewriter/save points. You could always just purposefully limit yourself with saves if you want it to be harder I guess.
Is Black Flag worth playing? I stopped after AC2 but I kind of wanted to get back into the games with the new one being set in Japan..
