Why would her not streaming mean that there's something preventing her from streaming?
She brought a laptop to the off collab, she could stream with that.
She has two PCs worth of parts available, and her old PC clearly has no real hardware issue in the first place since it only streamlabs is runnning slow.
She has a phone she could do a twitter space from.
If she has a reason not to do that, she could tweet that reason. Or post about it in membership.
The only reason for things to be going the way they're going is that she doesn't want any contact with her fans of any kind right now.
