Doki's lawyer has a defense ready if Nijisanji tries to sue, but the sheer logistical challenges and court fees involved in an overseas lawsuit makes it completely nonviable for anyone to bother. All Nijisanji can do is write mean letters to anyone who interacts with her and threaten to take their business elsewhere. Of course, no one in the west gives a shit and Nijisanji throwing their nonexistent weight around like this only makes them sound petty and turns potential business partners away from them.
