Vesper goes to visit Magni for the off-collab, but he's visibly bothered by something. As always, the burly idiot keeps it to himself. Magni can't help but notice that it seems Vesper's been drinking more, and he finally works up the courage to say something. "What's wrong, Ves?"
"It's the karaoke. It's just nerves. You know how it is."
Magni shakes his head. It's more than that. "No Ves, it's something else. You know you can tell me, man. We're bros."
Vesper sighs, looking at the ground, unable to meet Magni's eye. "How long are we going to go on like this, Dez?"
Magni plays dumb, trying to lighten the mood. He wasn't planning to have this conversation right now. "What do you mean, Ves? things are going greeeeat. We got the model updates and-"
"You know that's not what I'm talking about, Dez. I..." Vesper sighs.
Magni knows Vesper isn't going to be the one to say it out loud. "Let's do it now, Ves. Fuck it, let's get married."
Magni always thought he would go all out when it was his wedding, but it was never going to be like with with Vesper. But that's alright. They'll slip away without telling anyone, streaming schedule be damned, and have a small ceremony. Vesper acts like he doesn't care, but Magni knows it means alot to him.
Vesper's not used to having people stick around in his life, and Magni needs him to understand that this is for the long haul.
