No employee should be done that way when they didn't build up a public history of abuse and damage done to the employer that most of the public witness. I don't care if they are zoe quinn or anita sarkeeskan(sp?) or whatever nutjobs were doing gamergate. That was straight up high school drama you see in "mean girls" movies.
I don't even think Hololive should have canned Mel, but at least they show you how a professional company operates and doesn't fling dirt to their talent. Nijisanji is being run by buffoons.
