There are however collab obssesed individuals who thinks those are the key to inclining, or because they are 0views and don't have a chat to banter back. If you check their schedules it is mostly collab all week long. This is actually most common outside of the /here/ chuubas because at least the threads tend to keep people in check.
I wouldn't say the collab spammers are bad collabers themselves but failing to build an audience of your own is a sure way to get the numbers go to hell once you stop, which makes the whole point moot.
Arguably the worst collaber in any given moment is any chuuba losing their spagetthi because he's talking to another chuuba he likes. Get a grip.
Also it is important to understand collabing is actually a skill that need to be worked on: For example, both vtubers should still be able to keep track of their chats - the worst collabers would be those those who just focus on each other.
Invite your viewers to the party, do not exclude them.
