There's nothing wrong with talking shit about a company, or their Vtubers, or anybody. Streamers are human beings, too, and they can't be expected to act perfect and in-character every second of their lives. They deserve the right to vent their darkest thoughts with their best friends as much as any other person in the world. Hell, I think Fulgur acted like kind of an asshole, but I'm not gonna act like he shouldn't be allowed to say that, especially when he thinks he's only talking to his friends. As long as those thoughts stay private, nobody gets hurt, and no wrongs have been committed.
But those thoughts DIDN'T stay private. And guess who's the one to blame for making them public?
