How would you reconcile them getting supas from a bunch of thirsty simps? Drawing lewds of her in-character? Even people who know what her roommate looks like and still beating off to it? Her spending hours per day in her room, yelling and making noises into her mic, where you can't interact with her lest you ruin the kayfabe and get her graduated?
I honestly don't think I could personally do it. Regardless of how close or real the relationship may be, I'd have to live with the knowledge that, even if it's just an act, she's playing a flirtatiously coy character with a bunch of paypigs whenever we aren't together.
