Whether or not Gura "communicates", she will continue to do things at her own flow and pace. Sure you can comment stuff on her VODs/tweets and maybe you'll get her to "improve" for a week or two. However, if she doesn't regularly enforce these habits, she'll naturally ebb and return to how she was in the first place. Regardless of whether or not she changes, I'll watch her content and continue following her. Personally, I'd say she doesn't "need" to improve her communication at all, though it would be great if she did.
