Since we got permission to build a port city in Risu, here's a preliminary write up of the city and our fleet stationed there for trading and to defend Risu.
I'm also working on some other projects. >The Port City of Cernunnos [Name Pending] Cernunnos is the main trading hub for /∞/ on the Central Ocean [name pending] and the main base of operations for the Central Fleet. It was established as part of a joint agreement with Risu and the newly constructed trade road that connects the coastlines of the country.
Cernunnos consists of the port city, for trading, a garrison to protect the town from pirates or belligerent nations and shipyards to maintain and build new ship (Final party pending agreement)
The city would be mainly supplied by Risu as part of a greater trading agreement and alliance, while rarer materials and military grade goods would be faried in from /∞/. Due to its location, Cernunnos would also maintain a stockpile of supplies in case it gets cut off from /∞/
>The Central FleetA combination of trading and military ships that operate in the Central Ocean [name pending]
The supplies to construct Cermunnos were originally transported from /∞/ tthrough the Nijisanji and Nasfaqg passage using the ships that are to make up the Central Fleet.
Due to Risu not having having it's own source of coal, only two steamships are among this fleet with one acting as the flagship for the ships charged with defending the Risu coastline, local sea trade routes and Cermunnos. And the other being tasked with taking any high priority trades in the Central Ocean [name pending]. Any coal they require for their engines must be transported from /∞/ and across the trade road in Risu, as a result, the steamships mainly rely on their traditional sailing rigs for much of their movement.
The rest of the fleet are tradition sailing ships ranging in size, with Frigates being the most common.
>Negotiations for lumberIf possible, it would be requested that other ships be constructed at the Cemunnos shipyards, and that Risu could use some of them for their trading. Of course, this would also require permission to use risu's forests to construct these ships. And any agreement would include replanting any trees cut down and severe punishments for any unauthorized logging due to how sacred trees are in Risu.
And this is entirely self indulgent but.
The city's theme.
