They can swear anyways, but it puts their channel in a tough spot and YouTube gets really fucking gay about channels that curse a lot. This obviously isn't noticed in other languages, but it's very picky in English so the girls have to be careful about it. Especially considering that swearing too often in a specific video or stream will demonetize it.
