If the behind the scene support is toxic and the management expectations are spiritually draining, it could turn anyone into a shitty person. Like how Nina was complaining that management continuously pestered her to increase her numbers. Or if you're helping someone with their project, but you're also doing yours, but now there are problem on your project and the other guy you're helping keeps asking for shit, making your project stall more and then the manager that was supposed to help was AFK, but you can't contact the upper manager because he'll yell at you, so now you have to make a decision, so you go help the guy that you were helping because you don't want to ruin your relationship, but holy shit your project has now completely stalled, but the other guy is ready, so now you can go back to work thank God, but suddenly the AFK manager is back and he's asking if you have the permission you sent him 3 months ago, but he lost, but he doesn't want to admit it so he wants you to go and find it, so you have to rummage your computer for 30 minutes and redo the emails that you sent to him so you can send it to him again and holy shit how did moving files from a folder to an email took 2 hours fuck all of this but then you're called into a meeting with talents where you're in for another 2 hours except this meeting had nothing to do with you so you just wasted your time so now you can finally do some shit, but its time to stream and then finally you can do some actual work except after the stream someone asks you for more shit in chat and you can't help it anymore and you're seetihng and there's a 50/50 you just start yelling again like you did last night.
Something like this.
