Ame is not the type of person who can make a huge event out of "artistic skills" such as singing, dancing or playing music.
Ame's skills are focused on organizing, envisioning and executing things that many people benefit from. Ame's legacy with vrchat is immense at this point, let alone studio de Ame (although that will be rather slow).
In fact, if there's one thing Ame has as "artistic skills" it's her spontaneity and ability to improvise, which she has used on many occasions for special streams (which she has many more of than the others); unless she does 100% live stand up with a public or some weird shit like that, I can't imagine she could organize a "big event" based on that as you want.
My point is, there is no "less Ame" because she organizes these events. Ame is made for that sort of thing and you can hardly separate her from that if you also add her charitable personality to it. There's a reason why everyone loves her. In a world of idols, music, concerts and events; Ame breaks through with her own skills, helping other and being a sweetie
If she learns how to dance and sing, she'll be the most powerful idol for sure but in the meanwhile, I reeeeally appreciate that people like Mel or Kiara encourage her to do covers and things like that.
