Quality seems ok, certainly not something I would choose to wear on its own merits. The huge nekko mouth is a bit rough (I think thats normal for these type of clothes?) but its on the outside. Its not as soft as my 100% cotton boxers. It's a bit smaller than my American mediums, I could probably fit into it? Have not tried yet.
