Bit of a story, turns out the area where my Wisdom Tooth was extracted/removed got infected (hence why the swelling persisted), so I've just had the stitching all removed and am on Antibiotics now. Anyway, I'll need to see them again next month for a filling (since it turns out that's where the wisdom tooth impacted also).
Anyway, just a bit of a tangent but hopefully I can start recovering properly now... And just as I resume the VOD she talks about Worm Eggs KEK
