It seems I was overly pessimistic about the time it would take for the changes to happen. The account is ready for /mep/ to use.
So if anyone has a fic they can't publish, don't want to associate with their name, or if they don't want to wait out the invitation time, post it here in a google doc/pastebin/whatever and I'll put it up on the usual site. Please include the title, tags, summary, any author's notes, and if/how you wish to be credited.
I hope this will be of use to some of (You), and please bear with me in the beginning, since I'm completely inexperienced with writing/uploading stuff.
