First, her audience is bilingual, while some people - like Berti - understand English at a decent level but still respond in Hebrew. Mix that with LiveTL and you are going to have no problems talking at all.
Second, the engagement of her really depends if she has anybody to talk. Basically if you are there and just ask "What did she say?" or engage with people like Ravioli directly in English there is a good chance she might talk in English for a bit - she is really committed to the set language. As I said previously her chat tends to really adapt to English if somebody is speaking it there.
I think it would be a great addition to have some moderators translate those really rare streams in the chat because I feel like some girls just straight out dropped having Hebrew only streams, even Nikki doesn't have any scheduled next week.
