I like how energetic he is and how he always feels inclusive towards people (and his chat) in general.
His streams always had that "hanging out with your extroverted friend" feel. The way he interacts with chat feels like he's trying to hang out with a shy, intoverted friend with how often he ask the chats their opinion, trying to reference a joke the chat made, and how everytime some new game mechanics got introduced for example he tries his best to explain how it works.
