It is worth noting the "卒業" (Graduated) and "活動終了" (End/termination of activity) present on their channels, all channels without graduations noted have had their videos removed. It is possible that this is indicative of the contractual circumstances in which they left or it's possible Cover offers two options for leaving, to graduate and leave everything behind or to "end activities" and have everything removed, this option is not present for those who are terminated and they're forced to choose the scrubbing treatment. The term "活動終了" also appears on Rushia's channel, it does not appear on Civia's and there appears to be no Chinese equivalent present.
Also worth noting is that the @ tags you see with their names were only added as a feature to YouTube like that after they graduated iirc, meaning Cover still manages these profiles and makes changes to insure the names and such remain under their channels, however, Coco's is the only one of these that does not work for some reason.
Overall Cover doesn't seem to care whether you want to keep your videos up or remove them for personal reasons unless you get fired.
There is actually one thing left on Suzaku's channel. A single community post about Apex lol
